Very bad service at the front desk, when you call on the phone, they say the part is available. When you come to make a pickup, they say the part is not available, come back tomorrow, this is very often repeated, not correct behavior with customers.
Called 8x between 6pm and 7, but no one answered any of the extensions!
I am Alex Suero from A Suero Transport . We broke a spring on our steer axle while driving thru philly on Thursday afternoon. Patrick wrote us up, and our truck was repaired by Friday before noon.
