IF YOU ARE A COLLEGE STUDENT DON'T GET AN APARTMENT WITH THEM. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER BEING MY FIRST APARTMENT. FIRST DON'T THINK YOU GETTING YOUR SECURTIY DESPOSIT BACK BECAUSE YOUR NOT. THEY FIND EVERY LITTLE REASON TO KEEP THE MONEY. THEN TO TOP IT OFF MY WATER BILL KEPT BEING HIGH BECAUSE OF A TOLIET I TOLD THEM ABOUT MULTIPLE TIMES. NOW THEY SAYING I OWE THEM $947 DOLLARS AFTER MOVING OUT. ON TOP OF THEM ALREADY TAKING MY SECURITY DESPOSIT. I REPEAT DO NOT RENT WITH THEM.
