I had a new roof put on by this Storm Restorations of America (aka Hunter roofing) a year ago. I had obvious hail damage and I got approval from the insurance company to begin. Hunter's sales people were easy to work with initially, but after that the nightmare started. We made an appointment for a week out and Mark Axon was supposed to be at our house at 11. I had the appointment set for 9 am but the calling center called me back 5 minutes after making the appointment saying there was a meeting at 9 but 11 would work. At 11:15 the day of the appointment, Mark called saying he couldn't make it to our house because he was double booked. Hunter was very knowledgeable about materials. He also gave an estimate and I questioned why it did not include so much a square for plywood. He said almost every job has some damage. We figure in an average and include in the bid. Doesn’t like to nickel and dime after fact. Refreshing!!
I was so pleased with the quick response and quality work that was done to replace some soffits that were damaged on my home during the recent storms. They matched the soffit color up perfectly too. They even cleaned the gutters & nailed down some areas to secure it. So glad I called them to do this work! Just so friendly and easy to work with!
