Just horrible, they dont listen or even properly review your files. It took getting upset because I was in so much pain for them to even order any tests. Which did end up confirming a real medical problem causing pain. Since then that one nurse has treated me worse since she will barely look or speak to me and completely dismisses every word I say. Doctor seems disinterested and just in a rush even when no other person was in the office waiting.

My son was scheduled for his vaccine, but the staff incorrectly administered the wrong vaccine instead. As a healthcare professional, I find this level of negligence unacceptable. Please be cautious if you bring your children here for immunizations."
What’s the point of making an appointment and waiting for more than 50 minutes!!!! I heard them answering the phone on someone who asked to speak Arabic and the receptionist were laughing on them !! What a joke to treat patient in this messy and careless way !!
