I can’t say enough good things about my experience today. I called them and right away they had someone look at my ac issue and fix it. I’m super stoked I belong to the Super Comfy Club! Super Techs for the win!!!
Way overpriced I will definitely use someone else replaced a little leak in my line and charged me a ridiculous amount!!
I just had them out to check my old unit an the compressor was bad so I had to get a new unit they put it in yesterday after they left I noice it wasn’t cooling like it should be so I called them back to let them know Then l called again this morning an they put us on the list they came back out today an found the problem which was not their fault
Prompt, they were here when they said they would be. Sent me a picture of very courteous service technician before he arrived, so I knew who was coming. Best of all I had my air conditioning fixed within 1 hour and 15 minutes after I placed the call. Reasonable priced, will definitely call again! Thanks Hunters Super Tech!
UPDATE: Kimberly at the office called, as did tech Shane, and both were very kind. They're going to make sure it's ok until the part comes in. Hoping last week was just a one off, because I really want to like this company. I really believed they cared. I always make sure I show appreciation in the form of tips, food, drinks, etc. Yet after waiting a week for a part they told me I needed to prevent losing my ceiling they won't even come by just to check it and make sure it's not overflowing without an 89 dollar charge. Shane Stepps came out this morning. Really nice and friendly guy. I really lije the text messages when they are on their way and can be tracked to our home. They are always quick and on time. Thanks so much Shane!! You are greatly appreciated.
I have used them several times and they are always prompt, professional and very polite. Great company to work with from the person answering the phone to the techs completing their work in a very timely matter. Highly recommend Hunter. Thank you John Page for always being exceptional.
Timely service. Courtesy all the way from the one who answers the phone to the techs. You know when they’re coming and if you have a system down they do their best at getting to you quickly. We definitely recommend Hunter Super Techs! And John Paige is awesome!! He has rescued us several times now and is a very nice man who knows his stuff!
they suck they have no idea what was wrong with my unit they come twice and still have not fix my unit I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM they over charge and have no idea what's go on
