I have been going to this clinic for the past 3 years.I have never had anything but a great experience with the brookside clinic.They truly listen to you and try to help and I am grateful for them! They truly listen providers are awesome and I can’t even begin to thank Liz and Brooke enough for my mental health!!!
i love Dr. Berkheart and get treated great by her if it was just her it would be 5 but the front desk staff is so bad i walked in and got ignored bad bad while 2 girls just sat at the front one with her gross toes on the counter and ignored me they were gossiping about ther work and so bad i finally was able to get help and the one just sat on her phone with her feet in my face gross
Absolutely hate leaving a 1-star review, but I feel like I need to warn others about the dental work here. I had a root canal done, and it was a disaster. I’m in significantly more pain now than I was before the procedure. I went back in to be checked and was told everything “should be fine in a few days.” Well, it’s been over two weeks, and the pain is nearly unbearable. Went in today luckily they had an available appointment spot for 3:30. I arrived 15 minutes early to fill out paperwork and waited. There was no one when I arrived and I continued to wait. Two other patients came in after I arrived and were seen before me. I ended up waiting until 3:54 before I had to say something. The receptionist said it would be another 5-10 minutes.
