State Farm is AWFUL! I pay over $500 monthly in premiums and now State Farm doesn’t want to take care of my claim. Meanwhile, I am without my car for the holidays due to them dragging their feet. Additionally, I guess my black skin makes Kayla at Wendy Folmar’s State Farm Office in Brewton, Alabama comfortable to laugh in my face, raise her voice at me and then hang up in my face when I have questions on my policy and them not paying my insurance claims. Unprofessional. If I were a white woman, she wouldn’t have done that.
First and foremost their staff is THE BEST! They’re always friendly and keep you up to date on programs and how to save money. I saved $45 a month switching to State Farm insurance and I also have renters insurance through them. After I bought my vehicle Courtney told me about refinancing with them in 6 months to see if I could get a cheaper rate. 10 months later I did and saved thousands going through their bank🙌 I also admire how community oriented they are and how well they all work together as a team❤️
