Jim and his crew have serviced my car and also my family's cars quite a few times. He has always been upfront and honest about what he thinks my car needs and estimates the cost upfront. Great shop let’s you know what your car could use but also lets you know what needs to be fixed and reasonable prices I have never felt pressured or exploited at this shop has worked on multiple vehicles of mine and my families all different makes and models!
Always consistent great service at reasonable prices . The service techs are well trained professionals who know how keep you on the road !! I have had my cars break down at the worst times for me .. And they have always got my cars fixed up and back on the road. All I can say is thank you !!
I've been to a lot of different shops but always end up back at Hunter Automotive. Jim and his staff are outstanding! They are honest and up front about what actually needs to be done now so you can budget accordingly. Prices are great and they treat you like family! They have kept my vehicles in great shape and running for years now. I was moving, driving from WA on my way to NC and my car broke down, totaled in SD. I was out of a car and didn’t know what to do. Luckily, I was towed to this shop and the owner was so so so nice and helpful. He bought my totaled car and supplied me one that worked, charging me very little, so I could continue on my way and make it to NC. I’m sure he didn’t make any money, if anything, lost some, but he had compassion on my situation, and just cared that I made it okay.
