.@HunterAppliance you’re a complete disgrace of a company!! Honor your warranties! My MIL had a extended warranty good till 9/2019 & they won’t honor it! They laughed and hung up on her after saying they would not honor it... Never waste your money with them!!! #liar #fraud
Went to buy a microwave and website says they price match. They refused to match price from Best Buy for same model that was $20 less

Outstanding customer service. Our Kenmore electric range died Tuesday night, 11/21. We called Hunter. Scott in Service Dept went above & beyond - he gave us a loaner, a beautiful electric range to get us through the holiday. Who does that?! Hunter. We had the oven in our kitchen by Wednesday @ 9:15a.m. Shop Hunter - shop local. Big box stores would never provide that kind of customer service. Amazing. TY Hunter. Happy Thanksgiving!
Hunter service guy advised us we needed to replace the refrigerator door gasket ... we ordered one with Hunter for $147 ... turns out we needed a new hinge not a gasket ... Hunter won't accept the gasket back ... still in the box ... and then suggested I made up the story of the service guy as he was at our house to look at our dryer not the fridge ... basically calling me a liar ...
Hunter Appliances repaired my refrigerator and my dishwasher in April 2017. October 2017, 6 months later both the dishwasher and the refrigerator are down with same issues. I am disappointed but yet willing to give Hunter Appliances another shot.
Amazing service! Having been frustrated by my washer for a decade, the repair technician recommended the perfect replacement, and the sales associate in the office had it delivered immediately! I could not be happier.
