RecommendedGreat service and responsiveness- we had just purchased a new washer/dryer combination- the washer tub was spinning out of alignment and they came to inspect. They noticed some damage behind the washer which appeared to be from dropping or shipping damage and immediately replaced the unit with a new one. Have purchased several appliances through the years with Hunter and always pleased with their prices and service!

I would never recommend this terrible store to anyone. I spent thousands, and got jerked around for months. Finally when they showed up with our items they were damaged..,two months to get replacement parts. An absolute joke. The management is useless, and the salespeople have no idea what is going on. They tell you one thing over the phone, and then make up stories via email. I had been shopping here for 10 years but NEVER again.

Years ago I had a gas oven explode, and Hunter appliance was very helpful to fix the problem. They also fixed our KitchenAid dishwasher. They came back three times to make sure it was working properly.

Great service. Got what I needed.
Pushy sales rep convinced me to purchase a microwave and trim kit saying he knew what he was talking about. Turns out they ordered me the wrong size and now I can't return it. Awful services and a terrible sales staff. Go to Dracut Appliance instead.

I highly recommend Hunter appliance for your repair needs! my washer machine (less then two years old and purchased at a different appliance center) was reading a error code and locked my clothes inside of it. I called them in the morning and Jay was here by early afternoon he was professional and got the job done in a responsible amount of time leaving the area as if he was never even there. great job and thank you so much!
as a follow up to a review, we had an induction stove, a very expensive one, stop working. we had the extended warranty good until Sept. 2019. we called, and were told you would not honor the warranty as we were not the purchasers of the unit. we bought a condo with the unit in there and have the warranty. the warranty is on the unit not the person who owns it.
