Recently applyed here. The staff/managment super nice and friendly even with 0 avalability. The only feedback I would give is the website was a bit delayed. It says they had properties and there was none come to find out. The website could be much more efficient if it was modernized. I or another web professional probably would could help you out with that or you could reach out to the university cs department and sometimes they like to do things for local busness when it comes to this stuff.

I spent half my childhood there and I loved it there it was one one the best places to live I hope someday I get the chance to move back there. But the only thing I didn't like it the don't allow dogs when I loved there

You can’t require people to declaw their pets to live at a residency, that’s absolutely absurd. Just say you don’t accept cats as they are. Definitely lost my interest.
