I recently had the plesaure of working with Rosemary Snow. She really listened to my wants and needs. A very professional, and knowledgeable agent that I highly reccomend!
Extremely disappointed with Vinh as a property manager. Despite multiple complaints about disruptive behavior from one of his tenants, he has consistently ignored the issue. There’s a clear lack of responsibility and communication. If you’re looking for a property manager who actually manages the property and addresses problems, look elsewhere.
Dropped in to see some places in SD and view the art recommended by a friend. Cool little office designed to perfection ha. Professionals there, especially Evan I think who answered my questions in great detail. Not in the market now but may be in the future.
