When I moved to Savannah, I decided to live on base because house hunting felt like a game show. One neighborhood looked amazing, then you turned one corner and suddenly questioned every life decision that brought you there. Great place
Great people & front office personnel does a wonderful job
My husband and I suspected mold growing on the walls from the vent hood above the stove. We called maintenance and a guy came and removed the vent hood and confirmed it was mold. He said someone had installed the vent wrong. Something about they did not cut a hole in the vent. He cleaned as much as he could and he taped up the bottom of the cabinets. These people will LIE LIE LIE to you. Spoke with one person who said “we have a home with a move out for end of month. No one is on waitlist, get your app in today”. Did that and paid $100. Called a week later and was told “6-9 months wait for civilian and retired”. Either they need to write down the lies or someone needs to clear out the chaos.
