Had contracted to have a large pine tree removed that had been struck by lightning...had to wait 3 weeks to get scheduled in the first place, then had to reschedule to wait for utility companies to mark the yard, then they just didn't show up. When I called the owner he said the guys would be there in 15 minutes. Two hours later when I called to find out where they were, I found out that they were on another job waiting for a crane, and had been waiting for 5 hours!
