The guy working the front desk currently is an absolute jerk. My sick wife and I just walked out. Been there multiple times before including last week with my son. Never had a bad experience until now. He absolutely would not charge the urgent care copay that is on our insurance card saying we had not met our deductible. Said they don’t go by the insurance card. FUNNY. The extremely nice lady last week charged us our copay. Hadn’t met our deductible then either. Terrible employ and representative for the business.
RecommendedI'm sure the staff and doctors get tired of seeing me but despite my plentiful visits I thank the e.r staff for doing the best job they could in my scariest most uncomfortable hour. I know they are not #1 in the world but they are #1 to me and in their ability to go beyond for care for you. In every hospital their are the members that ease your mind in a dark hour and then their are the ones whom well don't care and your a paycheck. there is no perfect place. However I love hunt regional and thank them greatly.
