I have a friend whose husband is admitted in Greenville hospital on the 4th floor and he said the food is horrible. Food that should be hot is cold when it reaches him. Coffee is lukewarm. Some of the food was inedible due to being improperly cooked or stored. He had a difficult time getting them to give him medication for a cough and allergies so he suffered through uncomfortable symptoms for an unneccessary period of time.
Never go to the XRay facility in Rockwall. They have zero customer service and zero knowledge of insurance.
RecommendedMy water broke at 28 weeks and I was admitted back on January 24th. My girls were born on the 27th. Hunt NICU took amazing care of my babies and the nurses loved my girls. Just yesterday I had to take one of them to the er for throwing up. When I was checking out the lady who was checking for Medicaid asked if she was one of the twins that were there for 80 something days, yes 84, and she said she’s happy they are doing so good they were rooting for them every day they were here and one day they were just gone. RecommendedWhat an awesome experience In the maternity department. After all the negativity from people I can honestly say this was the best Labor/Delivery team anyone could ask for! Very professional and courteous to all our needs and questions. Definitely a 5 star from me. Thank you to a great team on delivering our newest addition to our family. ❤️
