I would give ZERO stars if I could. My daughter was referred here by her doctor in January. She had an X-ray on her swollen, bruised hand and the results sent back to her doctor were “not broken”. I took her to Children’s Plano to get a 2nd opinion considering her hand just kept getting worse and it was IN FACT broken! She had to wear a cast for a month. Not sure what doctor looked at her X-rays but they clearly didn’t read them right and she got to walk around a couple extra days with a broken hand! She was only 7. �
I’ve been here several times and each person there are kind, caring and just wonderful people! I thank you guys for putting up with me. I will choose this facility over any others.
Went for a foot X-ray. Took longer than I thought it should to get into the X-ray room. The X-ray tech was a nice young man. Very disappointed the never sent the images over to the doctor. We had to chase down the information
Do not go to this place very disappointed in my MRI and CT scan that I had done. DO NOT GO
Everyone there are very nice! I have never had any problems.
Although the center offered me a same day appointment, I arrived on time, filled out & updated my insurance information, and sat down to wait to be called. 5 minutes later, a staff member informed me that they were working on the machine, and that it would be down for about 30 minutes. Was able to listen to 2 TED talks, then went in for the test 45 minutes after the scheduled appointment time. Staff were courteous, efficient and friendly!
While waiting, a young girl at the front desk was looking at her cell phone for 20 mins. Then my cell rang as I was being brought to the back, I let it go to voice mail. When I was done, I checked my voicemail mail, it was them calling me to schedule my appointment! I called back, was put on hold for quite some time, was finally able to talk to the lady and let her know she called while I was having my MRI, she said yes ma'am, I'm calling to schedule your MRI. The staff is very friendly, quick and efficient. Always a pleasant experience. Finding the building was tricky because of all of the construction.
