Called to see my provider, she’s out of the office for a week so they told me I couldn’t see any other provider and I can be scheduled when she gets back. Horrible patient services.

Almost a year ago, I went to Hunt Regional Family in Greenville for pain in my right leg that has a large lump, a red spot, and pain that is amplified at night. The Dr told me that I need to lose weight, exercise more, and take ibuprofen for pain. She even went so far to provide me with a diet plan (Whole 30) that she already had preprinted ready with notes like she hands it out for everyone. I would stay clear of this place even if I was dying, because apparently I am. I have cancer....lymphoma and bone cancer. So thank you... read more

I'm going down a star due to receiving a bill for $500 on top of the $600 he paid in office. This is ridiculous! My husband went to see Dr. Gray after struggling for a year. First the assistant told him it'd be cheaper if she sends you a bill and it wasn't. Then they say a test was messed up to come get another (had to pay for both). Then they say test are fine, don't need to do anything. If it doesn't get better, come back. He went the first time because it wasn't getting better!
