I went to a previously scheduled house tour, after waiting 15 minutes, of no contact, the owner of the house come outside and tell me that they already sold the house that morning. I had no contact from the real estate agent after I sent them my pre approval letter. No cancellation or communication from the real estate agent since I sent the pre-approval letter for a mortgage.
I couldn't have asked for a better realtor to work with! Ann's knowledge and professionalism provided a relaxed and enjoyable experience. This was only eclipsed by here ability to understand what I was looking for in a home and neighborhood. To say she went above and beyond expectations would be an understatement.
My realtor was Valerie Ferguson, and I cannot express how utterly wonderful she was to work with! She was" on it" continuously.. Took care of everything.. And even sent a water reading on the day of close that no one prompted her to do that I needed and didn't know it😊😊 it's the extra mile you get with her that really counts! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5 STAR EXPERIENCE
