Don't bother getting a pre-approval letter from Hunt Mortgage, bc it means absolutely nothing. The buyers of my house got pre-qualified by Hunt, and then didn't get approved for their mortgage. Now my husband and I can't buy the house we signed a contract for, and are out the $800 we spent getting it inspected and appraised. Way to do your research- thanks a lot Hunt Mortgage! I'll be sure to let every know!
