We purchased our first house this past June from an agent at this location and it was a horrible experience. We did have our own agent who was very responsive but If the selling agent needed something it had to happen right away, when we needed something it took days if not weeks. We asked to have 12 outlets replaced, which we would have gladly done ourselves, but we were told the home owners did it and less than half were replaced. They do not make anything easier for you, I tried to keep the mortgage work in house with my realtor, and it's a joke. do your insurance and everything separately and you'll have a simpler experience.
They have been AWFUL from start to finish. We are set to close next week and are still receiving disclosures with the incorrect amounts. They truly treat you like a number and not at all like a customer. If you do work with them make sure you have a working knowledge of home buying or have someone involved who does. They not only make crucial clerical errors but when confronted they shift blame on each other. I was warned about them but didn’t listen to the advice, I certainly wish I had.
