Very understanding to first time home buyers.
They do not make anything easier for you, I tried to keep the mortgage work in house with my realtor, and it's a joke. do your insurance and everything separately and you'll have a simpler experience.
They have been AWFUL from start to finish. We are set to close next week and are still receiving disclosures with the incorrect amounts. They truly treat you like a number and not at all like a customer. If you do work with them make sure you have a working knowledge of home buying or have someone involved who does. They not only make crucial clerical errors but when confronted they shift blame on each other. I was warned about them but didn’t listen to the advice, I certainly wish I had.
Diane Sovereign, at Hunt, sat down with me and explained the home buying process. She gave me tips on how to get my credit up and ways to get me approved for a mortgage. This was a tremendous help. She was very informative in educating me about the whole process which I knew nothing about. Thank you Diane and Hunt Mortgage!!
