Well if your looking for a good steak prepared properly pass on the Hunt Club! All their chef knows is how to take a good piece of meat and dry it out medium to well. First time I asked for a rare filet and it came out dry medium to well. Sent it back and waitress said would be rare. Second time it came out medium rare and again over cooked! They need to send their chef out to a Chicago steak house and learn how not to destroy a $40 filet! Very disappointing! Pass on the Hunt Club for steak! Nice bar but an armature chef!
