Not bad Nothing special or anything to rave about of course but they are perfectly decent for a first apartment or one person or even a couple looking for their first place. Mostly quiet with my experience. Seems safe but the front door to the building isn’t locked so anyone can come in, just keep your individual apt. Locked at all times. Laundry on site is nice. Very Great These apartments are great starter apartments, for someone who has just retired or for a single person with one income. The rent isn't asking for too much and the apartments are very nice and definitely manageable. I recommend them to any one really when they tell me they are looking.
The Hunt Club We are under new management, and she's awesome! She's really gets things done when you ask! It's pretty peaceful and quite here. The people are friendly. The apartments are clean, very nice looking. My husband and I love it here. The pool here is very clean and kept up nicely. The landscape is well taken care of. And actually really pretty. The pet policy isn't bad either. And the rent is pretty reasonable! It's really safe here too. Over all it's a great place to live!

Cheryl Brooks I didn't really care for them all that much. the staff seemed stuffy and I didn't think they cared that much.
Ugh This place in my honest opinion is not good. Not going to specify my situation but I have good reason to not like it. The walls are also just about paper thin I can hear everything my upstairs neighbors do and they often wake myself and my son up in the middle of the night.
Good starting point for college students / new grads I have enjoyed my time here as a new renter. Noise is a little loud, but manageable. It's a great place for newly independent young adults.
Getting back security deposits - beware Had an apartment for 1 year, 10 months ( paying extra each month after the first full year, even though I could give them the date I no longer needed the apartment.). Only used it, at most, every other weekend when I had my kid from a divorce situation. Sometimes not even that often. Left apartment spotless with absolutely zero damage...not even a paint chip.
