I am a former tenant who made good-faith efforts to resolve ongoing issues with Hunt Club Apartments through normal management channels and, later, through the Pennsylvania Office of Attorney General’s Bureau of Consumer Protection. The Attorney General’s office attempted voluntary mediation; however, Hunt Club Apartments declined to resolve the matter, and mediation ended in an impasse. Meleek and Steve always do a great job for any maintenance issues. They are fast, accurate and caring.
Steve and Meleek are super; they're attentive, competent and pleasant. The 16th of this month will be a year since I moved here; they've been consistently reliable throughout. Service requests are responded to rapidly and capably. Moreover, Meleek helpfully walked me through some tips with today's Internet outage; I learned things that will help me in the future to cope with such situations. I have been looking for a new place to move to. Stopped by for a second visit. Was given a tour by Sabrina. Showed me both a 2 bedroom and a1 bedroom apartment. Answered all my questions and we discussed the finances. Very pleasant to talk to.
