We’ve lived here for almost a year and decided we’d rather move than renew due to the lack of communication and transparency. Our car was broken into, parked right outside our apartment door (in THEIR parking lot) and not only do they not offer cameras, but when asked if they would email the community letting everyone know about the break in, they refused. During my 3 month lease my roomate and I encountered a variety of issues not only in regard to the facility but with management as well. When we moved in there were numerous issues with our apartment including the thermometer, our toilets and showers not working and sink not draining which took maintenance over a month to resolve despite our emails. Beautiful complex. With a ton of amenities.
I love it here. Very few issues which were taken care of immediately by maintenance. No issues with bugs or rodents. Property Management Team always reaches out. I see some complaints in the reviews & guess what....lol they must haven't been to many other complexes, rates go up everywhere!! Within the past few months the complex has been doing a painting "facelift". It is taking longer than expected a couple hick-ups, but it's not changing the quality of living.
This place is an absolute nightmare. My wife and I have lived here for almost 3 years and we have paid our rent on time every single month. No questions asked. The apartments are falling apart. There are rodents all throughout the walls that we can hear throughout the night every single night, there is mold all throughout the apartment and the new company that took over has been completely incompetent with handling in-house issues.
