This is a past review !!! !I have been here since 2019. I am slowly watching Hunt Club Apartments going downhill. The staff here is absolutely incredible and doing the best that they can but they can only do so much. Rent goes up every year which you were to expect when you live in an apartment, But you also expect to see something for your , and you don’t!!! Have lived here for 8 years. First three were great. Rent has significantly gone up each year. For almost $2,000 month the dishwasher, washer/dryer (which don't match) could at least be updated. Old brown cabinets unlike what is in some of the newer units which have gray flooring, white cabinets and updated plumbing fixtures. Can only guess what the price for that might be. Bathroom sink vanity and cabinets must be from the 80s when the place was built. There is a lot of turnover in the office and in maintenance and their an... read more
