Have lived here for 8 years. First three were great. Rent has significantly gone up each year. For almost $2,000 month the dishwasher, washer/dryer (which don't match) could at least be updated. Old brown cabinets unlike what is in some of the newer units which have gray flooring, white cabinets and updated plumbing fixtures. Can only guess what the price for that might be. Not worth the amount of money. Washer and dryer never works well. My electric bill is alway high due to poor insulation. too many bugs outside and outside the apartment.
