Working with RJ in beginning was good but as we approach the end of our lease and wanted to extend, things changed. RJ requested that I meet with him in regards to the extension just one week before end of lease team. We met up just for him to tell me that he changed his mind on the extension, and expects me to clear out by the end of the week which is unreasonable. Where do I even start. RJ the “manager” and his dad the owner are super two faced. Tells you what you want to hear and then ends up changing things. Complete waste of time and unprofessional. This company is out to screw your over.
As to the review left by Robert Iverson on Dec. 6, 2023, he is a disgruntled former tenant of Hunsaker Management who breached his lease by leaving the Premises approximately 18 months before the lease expiration date. He is upset that he is being held accountable for rent during the 2.5 months it took to re-lease the Premises. That is the "predatory" conduct of which he complained.
They are the greatest group to work with. We have been with them for over 20 years. I can call Laurel with any questions on things for our location and between Grant and Laurel things are resolved immediately.
