We had two experiences with Hunley last month on 4/11 and 4/17. The first was with a service rep named Nick. He was great! He was knowledgeable and very helpful. After his visit, we had additional trouble with our furnace. Another employee showed up and he said he was the business owner. He was more than 5 hours late for his appointment- reference the scheduled time for appt and the time he showed up, pics are attached. Excellent service! Brian showed up on time and thoroughly explained what the problem was. Very fair price too! Highly recommend! I appreciate that he won't try to charge for anything you don't need.
