Stopped in Louisville, KY & ate here at The Hungry Pelican. Best experience & FOOD ever. Their alligator is to die for. First time ever trying it & I was amazed. Definitely recommend. Great service as well.

The service was great and fast. The food was as good as expected
We started with shrimp cocktail each an order potato skins then we both had a very fresh salad followed by pan fried oysters fried shrimp rolled oyster fried fish fresh unsweetened tea and cold beer it was so fresh and yummy and now leftovers next day he says it is good even the next day highly recommend this restaurant it just keeps getting better the longer there here even the to go boxes and our server was very good I really do love this place thank you for great food and service
Waitress didn't know the particulars about some of the ingredients. The food was bland. My ribeye was not cooked to order and full of gristle. The macaroni and cheese was RUBBER! I travel a lot and I feel like my money was wasted!
