Went to go pick up my order around 630pm on a Saturday and no one acknowledged me at all. Stood at the front counter for at least 5 minutes while the guy found it more important to take out the trash... in slow motion. He looked up at me and went right back to what he was doing. Employees are more concerned about getting their side work done than taking care of customers.
I been ordering these past few months order the same thing they done want to honor their reward system and give me my points for spending over 10$. then they want to give a 51% deal but as you see In the screenshot they want to upcharge the exact same pizza. forget the free pizza they just lost a customer
Felicity was amazing and had an amazing attitude even though she was the only one working.
