Usually order my salad from this place. Not once has been a disappointment . Nice staff and the vibe is just chill overall Not anymore. Not this will matter to them but they just lost their loyal customer. Can’t even refund the salad that they screwed up soooo bad because it wasn’t on the same day. Food is good and service is always great but I gave it 4 stars because Google says the store is open at 2 but when you try to place an online order, it states the store doesn't open until 3. If they could fix this issue, then I could give a 5 star rating.

Went to go pick up my order around 630pm on a Saturday and no one acknowledged me at all. Stood at the front counter for at least 5 minutes while the guy found it more important to take out the trash... in slow motion. He looked up at me and went right back to what he was doing. Employees are more concerned about getting their side work done than taking care of customers.
