How are you guys gonna close a whole hour early my order was accepted and I come to the store at 9:30 and everyone is already gone says you guys close at 10pm update your times then how ridiculous this is the second time this has happened

Food is good a little expensive but worth it in my opinion. The last 2 or 3 times have been a bad experience! Ordered online to pickup at the store on Rosedale hwy in Bakersfield CA. parking a little difficult to find a spot. Walked into store after about 2 min I was finally told by a guy 4 ft in front of me I'll be right there. He continues to do whatever he was doing cutting and boxing pizza.
