I usually love this place because the occasions where my order was done right, it was my favorite! I usually order a salad and a calzone, but the last 3 times in a row they have barely filled the salad bowl half way, and several of the toppings I requested are missing even when I PAID for extra. The calzones never have everything I asked for and sometimes extras are put in there that ruin the whole thing for me (there is a reason I didn't ask for them). Our pizza arrived after 40+ minutes and the dough was so raw that it was stringy like cheese. When I called they said I could wait 45-1hr for another pizza or I could accept a 50% coupon for my next purchase. Are you kidding me?! After this I will not be ordering from Hungry Howie's again! In the past the food has been fine, but the customer service and wait time is ridiculous. And it is not acceptable to send anyone who has waited that long a pizza that is not done!
Very disapointed. My lastorder was the same as this order. I ordered and payed for bacon ×3.....WHAT I GOT WAS.......BEARLY ANY. Thats my last time at hungry howies, back tonthe dependable pizza hut.

Great clean place with very nice employees and awesome prices. I see a lot of reviews saying it's the best pizza. Please realize that while it may be #1 when compared to fast food pizza like Dominos or Papa Johns, etc, it's in no way comparable to pizza like Grimaldis or Bertuccis in NY or many other pizzerias around the US.
