Just had a delivery and they forgot half my order. Guy said he’d bring the other half.... hour and a half later I called the store. No one was bringing anything. He asked me what I was missing and I told him. They sent someone with it... and it’s the wrong thing. The guy said oh I told someone else to deliver it I guess they didn’t hear me. Are you kidding me? That’s the last time I’ll order from there.
My man and I ordered two pizzas and by the time they were delivered, mine was smashed to the point where all the cheese stuck to the lid. The marinara fell in between the cheese bread box and the pizza box. We called and asked for another (they said yes) and while they refunded the destroyed pizza, the new one never showed up... lame

GREAT customer service! we had a takeout order and we were given the wrong order. the store called and told us we could keep the wrong order and the manager was bringing us the correct order. we would definitely recommend this place 🙂

THIS PLACE SUCKS. MANAGERS RUDE, PIZZA MADE WRONG. WON'T REFUND MONEY. AGRUED WITH ME THAT PIZZA WAS MADE CORRECT. BARELY AND SAUCE ON PIZZA. DRY PIZZA. NEED I GO ON?
