I ordered a pizza at 8:30 p.m. was told that I would receive it by 9 p.m. delivered. waited until 9:30 p.m. went up there and they was closed caught another location they said that they should be open until 11 p.m. . they took my money and never got a refund or my pizza
they lack customer service skills along with the ability to cook a pizza sub until the dough is completely cooked. Ontario is the manager and he isn't fit to play a song let alone manage a pizza store.

Terrible customer service
Our family won't be ordering from this location again because of the behavior of one of their delivery drivers. We were driving home when a driver cut the corner coming through a gas station parking lot and almost hit us when re-entering traffic (including our four young children). When we honked to get the driver's attention, they flipped us off. Very poor representation of the business.
Just ordered 2 med. Pizzas and they were SUPER lame. Half of the pizza had no cheese and barely any toppings. Pretty disappointed.
Very friendly counter girl. I’ve eaten at many Hungry Howies across the US & this one had the best Howie Bread of them all!
