They should change their closing time to 8:30pm instead of 9pm. My wife just had a pretty awful experience at the Spruce Hills location because she got there shortly before 9pm and the staff was extremely rude to her. Literally shutting the lights of on her while she waited for our food. Was still out the door before 9pm and they locked the door behind her. Psh, unreal!
Staff was very unprofessional today ordered our food and the cash register girl was off in her own land. No courtesy asked to have four drinks and she didn’t ask what size automatically charged me for 4 mediums then tried to do a combo pack told me it wasn’t possible with a soup ok that’s fine. Already complained to cooperate about the rudeness of their employees and double charging, at Milan.Triple charged for one damn sandwich and was told that it would come off my account immediately. It did not and a charge of 26+ and 7.56 cleared my account for 1 king 15 with peppers a king 11 and 3 orders of cheddar fries. 34+ dollars for 2 sandwiches and 3 orders of fries because of a rude inattentive employee. If i could give a 0 i would west locust shut the door right at 858 pm after i already put a call in order. Never again will I come here. Rude customer service.

I think it's highly offensive and discusting that you allow a maybe 16 year old red headed girl to work while completely covered with visible hickeys.
Bettendorf is the worst hungry hobo location I've been to, staff is always rude, and food is half ass made. Always enjoyed Milan location.
