This company had an ad on ******** the day before the snow came. We called on Wednesday and said they would be out Thursday afternoon. They did not show up or call. My husband called Friday morning and they said they do not have us on the list but would add us. They did not show and did not call. Horrible customer service! They are not dependable.

Your husband called and asked about pricing but never set anything up with us, I spoke to him personally. Then he called being very rude saying we didn't show up. I told him he probably should call someone else. I apologize for the confusion but this one was not on our part.
