Took a relative here. Appointment at 15:15. Waited until 16:00 to get called in. Finally at 16:40 we finally left the office for a procedure that normally takes 5 minutes elsewhere. Do not go here unless you want to be wasting time. Unprofessional staff with some extra staff members doing nothing up front except walking back and forth and looking at the sign in chart every so often. Very rude way to make old patients wait around, especially the frail and weak ones
