horrible customer service
I have been seeking medical care since December, and after nearly two months, I still have not received my blood test paperwork or the required authorization to see a specialist. Throughout this time, all staff members keep blaming one another. I have been asked to call back and forth more than ten times. I was even told to come in to pick up documents, but in the end, they were not the authorization papers I actually needed.
