My wife and I both had eye exams. Extremely thorough and efficient.. we both then got glasses at Costco and the prescription was absolutely perfect for both of us. First time ever we could just put them on and see everything. No adjustment and we both have progressive lenses!!
I called by phone to verify if they take Davis Vision insurance for annual eye exams for my family and they assured me that they do. After scheduling an appointment and coming in a few days after, they've then informed us in person that Davis Vision is not in their network but they can perform my eye exam as a out-of-network service. They explained to me that I'll have to pay upfront and then I'll just need to fill out a form to file a out-of-network claim for reimbursement. I had my eyes examined by Dr. Lu. I was very impressed that her equipment was the latest technology. The exam was very thorough. When I went to pick up my glasses I questioned the prescription. Dr. Lu took me back to her office and showed me the difference between my old prescription and my new prescription. I could see the difference and in the end I am very satisfied with Dr. Lu. She is very professional and thorough.
Front staff was extremely friendly. Dr. Lu was great and really took the time to explain each part of the eye testing. Highly recommend.
