Total waste of time. He said he would have his appraisal to me in "about a week." It is six weeks later and he does not respond to emails, texts, or phone calls (except twice, when he verbally promised me he would have the appraisal to me "by the end of today.") I gave him a check for $550 at his request when he did the inspection. He disappeared.
