Fantastic food, friendly service, and great value. I've been coming to Hunan restaurant for as long as I can remember. Unfortunately I moved to Illinois some 27 years ago but never miss a chance to eat here when I'm in town, thankfully I have family still in the area for an excuse to make the trip. The crab Rangoon and egg rolls are the best I've ever had. For entrees I doubt I've ever tried one I didn't like, though Ta Chien chicken, Hunan Beef, and Mongolian beef are my absolute favorites. Clean, friendly, large portions, affordable and delicious! This will be our go-to spot for Chinese food from now on.
Love the food, but watch your statement if you pay with a debit/credit card. I was charged more than the receipt showed. After three trips to clear things up, I was told to get a "real" statement from my bank, not a printed e-statement. After saying I wouldn't come back a fourth time, the woman in charge threw a tantrum, pushed a gentleman out from the register, grabbed cash, and shoved the difference in my hand. Scary!

We are sorry for your inconveniences. Over the years, we have had multiple cases with online banking charges showing up wrong. However, each time, the monthly bank statement will always show only the original charge that we made. We stand by the law and would never illegally overcharge. When your statement comes, give us a call if there is a problem.
Hunans is the Best! Love the Hunan beef and they have the best crab rangoon in town. So much better than any other place in town.
