I've lived in Jefferson City for more than 30 years and Hunan has consistently been the best Chinese restaurant in town. The food is just better. Their "General's Chicken" (not General Tso) is unique to their menu and is wonderful. Chicken that's NOT fried/battered, lots of good veggies and an excellent sauce with kick. Great stuff! Also, best egg rolls in town.
