There are good reasons for all the positive reviews it starts with the people. Chris was knowledgeable, professional, & very helpful. Efficient in getting me everything I needed to be out of there in a timely manner. It's good to hear about Humphreys support of the humanitarian effort in Ukraine.
Some of the best customer service I have ever experienced at a hardware store of any kind. I have ended up solving problems that were arbitrary to my visit several times since I've been a customer here.
I walked in with a bewildered look on my face, wanting to know how to work my new oxygen and acetylene tank. The staff, especially Chris really helped me, they were knowledgeable, friendly, helpful, went above & beyond to make sure that I was properly set up and well educated on how to properly run my new little Smith.
