I have a Troy-Bilt pressure washer from Lowe's that would stop when the nozzle trigger was squeezed. Lowe's recommended Humphries-I was told it would be about six weeks lead time which was fine-they called after about half that time for an ok to rebuild the carburetor. Work was done that day at a reasonable price. Pressure washer starts easier (one pull) and runs better than when it was new!

called to get parts lady told me they would have to order a bolt When she was asked for the part number she would not give it explained i needed this fixed today and instead of taking 20 minutes trying to explain it to the next person what i wanted would be easier just to give them the part number she would not give it. I have done business here before a few times once spent over 300.00 but never again. they keep nothing in stock so they have to order everything even some belts
