I had a poor experience with this company, especially regarding communication. I spoke with Angelica a few times, but getting any follow-up was extremely difficult. I ended up having to call the main office just to get a message through to her because she wouldn’t return my messages. I was trying to schedule an in-person tour, but she made it clear she wasn’t interested in helping, stating that the online video should be “sufficient.” That’s not how you treat potential clients who are ready to move forward.
