Humphreys is very professional. They will advise you on getting your property rent-ready, and can recommend a number of professionals, such as handymen, electricians, and painters. They carefully review tenant applications and handle all communications with tenants. Each month I get an itemized bill that will be really helpful with taxes.
Rented from these folks then used them to manage my rental years later. Why? Because, by golly, they wanted their properties taken care of!! And they’ve certainly done that for me over the last five years. Trust them for a reliable take on the market, and strict adherence to rental policies! Plus, they’re just very nice to deal with. Top notch property managers!
I had a great experience with Humphreys. property management while I was renting. They were always responsive to any requests for maintenance or other issues that had. Everyone in the office was always very pleasant and helpful. I cannot say enough good things about my experience with them
Humphreys lied about the condition of a unit we left in late 2023 and kept our entire security deposit. Then, when we followed up about the bogus move out "maintenance charges" with proof of their lies there was a small "courtesy" adjustment, but Humphrey's still kept $2,365 of our money. What Humphrey's did was criminal & I would avoid them at all costs.
Kerry and the team at Humphrey's are top tier! Having used them as both a home owner renting out our home, and a resident renting a home through them, they have made both experiences smooth and trouble-free. Highly recommend!
