We are not a perfect, but we strive everyday to meet the customers needs and wants.
We had a negative experience. The salesman gave us the very minimum on our trade in and after we were ready to close on the loan, he informed us that they wanted us to pay for repairs on our trade in! None of this was ever discussed prior to closing the deal! We left wondering just what more surprises await us when we need service on our new RV!

Great service today. We are visiting from Summit County and our travel trailer electrical stopped working. After attempting to repair on our own, we drove to Humphrey RV Service to buy a part. The service manager came out to help us and got us on the road. No charge except for part. Saved the weekend. Thank you so much.
Thank you to the sweet staff for recovering my son's lost Batman and Joker that he left behind in a camper bath tub never to be seen again. They even made the toys a sweet jail to hang out in until we got there to pick the toys up. On another note both the Montrose and Grand Junction staff we super helpful, answered all questions and we not pushy about buying a camper. Thank you for being such a great business. �
