Recently took delivery of used trailer. Had one issue after another with trying to get items they promised fixed and with delivery. Everyone that I have dealt with has given me BS and excuses why someone else had not done their jobs. Rick in parts has been the only person who seems to have it together. All in all, very poor follow-thru on promised services. I would not recommend anyone doing business with them!!

Loved our experience with Montrose Humphrey's RV. Rick was great to work with and didn't pressure us and answered every question we had. Doug was amazing to work with financing our first RV, and made a possible stressful situation painless and anxiety free. I recently recently had some repair work done on my camper and I want to thank Taylor and the boys for doing such a great job on it. Most of the work was done internally On my Lift system I was glad that they were also able to fix the cab lights I really think that the unit looks so much better now.
