get rid of the service person that told me that you don't do warrenty work on keystone rv's
Wagner and Ron where outstanding in the way they presented Humphrey RV, they answered every question and they were awesome in their approach in showing the RV’s
We purchased a used Motorhome from them and after our first trip, we had some issues. As a business owner myself, I feel its important to understand that problems happen and it is how a business deals with those problems that demonstrate the type of business they are. We brought the unit in and they fixed the problems, no questions asked
From Ron in sales, to Rick the service writer, all the people on the parts desk and Kyles service department great group of people and great customer service. And can't forget Larry doing the walk through in the delivery department.

Five Stars! I can’t begin to tell you how grateful our family is for Humphreys RV. It starts with Braden in the warranty department and runs all the way to Don in the service department. Without going into long-winded details, they have diagnosed & corrected every problem that we have brought to them and taken on the burden of working with the manufacturer for warranty issues/disputes. There is no other camping dealership that we’ll be needing from here on out. I look forward to buying our next camper from them in the future... read more
