I have been going to Humphrey for years. I must say that I cannot recommend them for future repairs. My original estimate came in about $230.00. I assumed some additional cost for labor but was never contacted about adjustments. When picking up my little A-liner, the total repair was $1000.00. Besides being surprised, the repair was incomplete. I had to return 3 times and it is still not repaired. Just bought my first trailer from Humphrey’s. Surprisingly easy process. No pressure, no hassles just good old fashioned customer service provided by professional, knowledgeable and friendly staff. Competitive price on the trailer.
I just have to say Bryan in the service department is a great person. I have a freedom express camper which is made by Forest River It has a big window on the front of it and some how it spider from a impact from the inside. I had called Humphreys and they said bring it down only because they are a coachman dealer. Fantastic. Stopped by with no appointment and Josh popped a new running light in for me, resealed the housing and I was on my way in 15 minutes. If you ever need anything in the Montrose area this is the place.
I have been there 3 different times on 3 different days and have called a head 3 different times. Each time on the phone I have been told to “come in and we will see if someone is free”. Each time I have come in no one has been free. You will not make appointments and I’m not sure why. I bought a camper from you 3 years ago and we are looking for an upgrade. It’s been a few years now but I bought a used bunkhouse trailer from these guys and they were great. Very friendly. Seemed honest and to the point with every answer to my questions. I won’t name names but my experience with one of the other RV dealers in Grand Junction was very different, and I was angry I had given them my money. I was recommended to Humphrey RV by a friend because I was soured on the other dealer and needed a new trailer after my old one was totaled by a deer.
