I bought a Toy hauler from Humphreys last January, 2026. It was sold as is. I get that. But I didn't think "As is" meant that they would sell me a unit with a dry rotted roof, seals were bad. Causing major damage. We had a hail storm here in Denver and that is when I was told the roof was rotted from neglect by the insurance adjuster . I feel that this is something that should have been disclosed to me.
