Just had an amazing adjustment by Mike today. I really enjoy the fact that he uses Active Release Technique and Trigger Point Therapy. Being a massage therapist I appreciate any attention to the muscles and appreciate him taking the extra time to loosen areas vs just trying to force an adjustment.
