If I could give ten stars, I would. Several months ago, I contacted HummingTiger Catering after receiving some food sensitivity test results that prompted an extreme lifestyle change. I wasn't sure how I would go about handling the news and was extremely stressed at the number of strict limitations in my diet. Delicious gluten-free dairy-free dinner catered for 4! It was all great but everyone got seconds of the Caesar salad (including the kids!) and the beautiful cake. Food sensitivities often mean losing flavor to keep from being triggered by food. We all marveled that every bite was wonderful and nothing tasted like a compromise. From the initial contact, to the planning, to last minute details like making the colors of the cake to match our granddaughter’s favorite colors,everything was perfect!
HummingTiger Catering has been a life changer. I was having digestive issues before reaching out for their personal chef meal service. They were able to accommodate both my vegan diet and low- FODMAP foods and it has been wonderful! It doesn't feel at all like a sacrifice because the food is delicious and flavorful and satisfying but I feel so much better eating this way. I've been using them for 5 meals a week for a couple months now. So glad I got started with them and can't wait to eat more of their food!
Phenomenal chefs! We hired HummingTiger for a 40th birthday party weekend and they were incredible! Absolutely delicious food. We have food allergies and they provided the most amazing gluten free and dairy free dishes...Blueberry Buckle, Cinnamon Coffee Cake, Tiramisu, along with super flavorful halibut and chateau briaund. Everything was cooked perfectly and the presentation was beautiful. Jude and Maek are very kind and accommodating. We highly recommend HummingTiger!
Awesome food Jude is amazing. We will definitely be using them again....
