Cons: management is non existent in office/choose when to follow their lease, smoking still happens all the time here, no security, don’t let the “amenities” fool you. Pros: pretty quiet, good size unit, underground parking, near lots of walking paths.
Over the course of 5 years plus now I have had the pleasure of working for Hornig Companies and I have first hand seen that their managers, caretakers and really everyone on their team not only take extremely good care of the properties that they are responsible for but also care for the tenants and their needs that live in the buildings as well as their contractors. I have lived here for 2 years and I have enjoyed my stay. Management is polite and professional. Free underground heated parking for each apartment. Maintenance is prompt to fix problems. They also have very fair rent prices for the area and apartment size.
Been going on 5 years now and we still love living here. What I love about this place is that the apt space is not your typical apt layout. I've even had family members say that it feels more like a smaller 2 br house. It's important to note that they have switched to mostly online billing and maintenance through their residence portal, which I absolutely love! Very nice place and we wanted to make it our future home but they have a weird 1 adult per bedroom rule so me and my friend and her boyfriend couldnt rent a 2 bedroom because it exceeds the limits. I went to so many apartment and this is the first one that had that rule it was insane and I was dumbfounded. How does this place rent to couples lol?
