Hummingbird Cove is perfect if you want to be close to everything...grocery stores and restaurants are just a block away. I use the fitness center on site and it's always well-kept. The underground parking is a lifesaver, and I love that it’s included in the rent. Management has been extremely helpful & professional to work with, especially when using the resident portal for payments and requests along with responding back quickly. Cons: management is non existent in office/choose when to follow their lease, smoking still happens all the time here, no security, don’t let the “amenities” fool you. Pros: pretty quiet, good size unit, underground parking, near lots of walking paths.
Over the course of 5 years plus now I have had the pleasure of working for Hornig Companies and I have first hand seen that their managers, caretakers and really everyone on their team not only take extremely good care of the properties that they are responsible for but also care for the tenants and their needs that live in the buildings as well as their contractors. I have lived here for 2 years and I have enjoyed my stay. Management is polite and professional. Free underground heated parking for each apartment. Maintenance is prompt to fix problems. They also have very fair rent prices for the area and apartment size.
